When there's that really nice comment

So I have more than one account and on one of the accounts someone posted something super nice on just the first chapter (it was saying 'We need more of this' like in a good way), and I don't know if it's just me but just that one person makes me feel so good. I literally nearly started doing a happy dance. Imidately I started working on the second chapter. Has anyone else had this feeling? Does it motivate you to keep writing? On a scale 1-10 how much do you appreciate that person saying that?

Yep. Though mine would be: it would keep my mood up for like, a week or two.

Of course. There's this one time that I chose to skip joining a writing contest in favor of continuing my main story, just for my few loyal readers who eagerly await what's going to happen next.

When I first started, this kind of comment was the sole motivator for me. It felt really good to have someone appreciate your work.

Though, nowadays, it just puts a smile on my face, and that’s it. I’m not that crazy by it anymore. It’s more like, “Oh? You like it? Alright, got it. See what I’m gonna do next. You won’t regret it!” More like having fun with your friends.

(Though, I suppose I don’t have much say now that I’ve been procrastinating for a while. Teehee~)

I'm looking forward to sending him to school but also living in the moment as much as possible. I'd like to prepare him as well as possible, and any preschool I can afford is not going to cut it.
