I also used to write in my native language. And, I started writing in English since 2024; stopped writing in my mother tongue after that because my mom might read them lol

I was maybe 6? I’d just learned how to write and spell and was thrilled at the idea of telling a story of my very own (just like the ones I read in class or before bed). My grandfather gave me an old laptop of his that could really only run MS Word a year or two later, and I still have a bunch of drafts from back then. I don’t think any of them break 5 pages. I think the first, full story I wrote was when I was 13.
