What's your ultimate wish-fulfillment story?

Otome Isekai. People seem to find them too much. I personally love them, though, and similar stories (they don't have to be Isekai) that have lots of politics, deception, and cruelties with next to no romance. Admittedly, I've not read a lot of otome game themed stories since, well, most are weird. It's a shame, but I still crave them time to time.

Any Toika story, EER or ICDS probably the two kings. I do love me some op harem action I can self insert into lol

Survival books. Especially fantasy ones where the MC travel, writing a journal of his travels. I don’t care if that works is believable, but I love monster and landform information. Bestiaries, and etc

I am currently reading Genius Warlock, story of a boy with unfair potential going from misery to... we will see. He's certainly much more powerful now. No romance thus far, so I've been enjoying it.

Most stories written by my sister. Specially when there are characters based on me.
If we're talking about published ones, it has to be Life going wild with plug ins. Imagine casually being the GOD of a world... creating whatever you want, then being able to live in it.
Return of Mount Hua is also pretty good, But it doesn't have many people criticizing it.
