Pretty sure every religion has people like that to some degree

Yeah but I don't think everyone has regular recurring nightmares of their loved ones dying or just the terrifying near nightly need to check on your loved ones in the middle of the night because you suddenly got terrified they maybe stopped breathing in their sleep

And yes I know I should probably talk to a therapist about this
but no I won't
I heard if you keep having fear of your love ones dying you may develop PTSD
Darkness, although it is a practical fear rather than irrational since I am completely night-blind. If it's too dark to see color I see nothing.
This one seems dangerous especially if you are in the ocean or forest
Phobophobia - the fear of developing a phobia
Red card....you are cheating

I used to think I had a fear of heights, but now I know I just have a problem with being disoriented and passive unalive thoughts, which isn't uncommon for those with AuDHD. For the record, I also have a problem with elevators, escalators, etc. because they are disorienting and I find it difficult to handle. I also get headache, nauseous, and almost pass out from blinking lights and many of the same things that set people with epilepsy off. I don't have seizures, so I'm pretty sure that's just the disorientation thing again. Oh, also I freak out if things are too close to my face and will flinch away long before they actually get to my face.

Anyhow, I don't know about calling everything a phobia as something isn't necessarily a phobia just because you're afraid of it. Generally, it has to heavily affect your life to the point of causing distress and avoidance-type behaviors. I tend to freak out every time I see a bug, but literally can't sleep and the reaction is much worse when it is a spider, especially one with any amount of decent size to it. I also have a bit of a fear of the dark where I will literally freak out and run into a lit room as an adult to escape the dark. The feeling is made worse when I'm anxious. I literally can't sleep with a closet door open because of a trauma response related to a pervert hiding in the closet when I was growing up. Still, I'm not sure if any of these actually are intense enough that they could be considered a phobia, even despite how intense my reaction can be to them.
