What's the meaning of humanities existence?

The purpose of humanity's existence is the same as with all other animals. To survive, reproduce and better their own situation to increase their own chances of survival and reproduction. But due to most of us now having these needs already met, our existence becomes void of meaning, as such pursuits are no longer needed. As such we must create meaning for ourselves, collectively or individually. To live for others, to improve society, to accumulate as much profit as possible, to be the most devout muslim, whatever it is, they are needed or we get depressed, as our life has no meaning. The meaning of life is to procreate and survive. The meaning of humanity is to advance itself. Immortality and colonization of other planets is among those goals.
