What would you want to see?

So, like is it his system that causes him to become sentient, again?

And I'm not quite sure what feedback you might be looking for. I've read lots of LitRPGs and am currently writing one, too, but it's my first time writing one as well. ?

So I guess I'm asking for clearer instructions on what feedback you're looking for.

Basically, yes. He accidentally winds up in the same room as some heroes when they complete a quest so some of the XP goes to him and that wakes him up.

If you were scrolling through Scribble Hub or Royal Road and you saw this book with that description, what kind of things would you want to see happen in it? What kind of story do you want it to be? What kind of tone do you want it to have? Basically, what needs to happen to keep you from saying that reading it was a waste of time?

I see... I'm not sure exactly what I'd like to see, but I guess since he's working towards becoming sentient make him smart and also driven by revenge towards the system that made him and everyone else npcs. Maybe since he was originally an NPC, he hides the fact that he became sentient again!? Perhaps his goal is the free all the other NPCS? Idk what your settings are exactly for you settings. I'm not sure I'm fully grasping what your asking so take what I say with a grain of salt because I'm not sure if what I'm even saying is helpful ?
Well it'd probably be easier to name what I wouldn't want to see if that's helpful.

For this kind of story, I kind hope the MC is a lone wolf. It seems appropriate, so probably no romance. Maybe his main goal is centered on either revenge or surviving to regain his sentience.

And of course avoid stat dumping would also be good. Some LitRPG authors get a bit carried away with this.
