What other main superpower/s would you have if you become a main powerhouse for a space faring race?

Other than limited reality warping such as Domain Expansion, what other superpower do you want to have?

As a main powerhouse of a space faring race, you need to understand that most fights you have will be in the vacuum of space. More specifically, in the lightyears of space. Because long range always triumphs everything, especially when you can wipe out your enemies before they even spot you. But that becomes highly unlikely because lightyears making even the fastest weapon slow.

Most likely I would go for FTL travel/ teleportation based superpower in order to shove my enemies into my domain for easy kill and clairvoyance to find them before they find me.

You mean resources so that you can get what you want from other civilizations?

Where is the fine line between gravity control and telekinesis?
I can create a gravity well, stops ftl travel. A small singularity in the bridge of an enemy ship. I could create a heavy gravity field at their feet.

  1. Dungeon Core to print unlimited resources and minions. Air, food, water, energy and materials to repair ships are important.
  2. A way to protect against FTL weapons. Energy drain? All that energy to make the weapon harmful suddenly turned into power for my ships? Nice.
  3. Shields and armor for micro meteorites and debris. Also against weapons. Cloaking and sensory deception?
  4. FTL travel, Communication, scans, and weapons. Or rather, [Instant] movement.

Hang on, it's the same as always, isn't it? It's just Stealth, Perception, Mobility, Defense, Healing, Crafting... But on a larger scale.

Uhh, kinda depends on the scale of what you want the powers to be.

Some "low scale" powers:
1. Homeostasis -- Useful, but mainly as a per-caution, in case you end up losing the ship or such.
Edit: Though, depending on how sensitive the sensor/radar is, might allow you to sneak onboard ships. Dismantle them from the outside -- If shielding isn't on 100% of the time. Etc.
2. Specific resource duplication (Eg. Food, fuel, etc) -- Though not necessary if the ship is self-sufficient
3. Scrying? (Eg. Spying on the other's tactics, looking for targets of opportunity, etc.)
4.. Cloning? (depends on how much)

Teleportation, telekinesis, enhanced shapeshifting, lifestyle element abilities and enhanced functional immortality (immune to aging and illness… as well as being more resistant to outside influences like poison or extreme heat… this isn’t true immortality as you can still die)-nya.

Immunity to radiation (perfect transparency to <280nm light), nuclear recombination (convert any material into a pure slab of any isotope I know about, this also enhances my metabolism and immune system by converting poisons/pathogens into nutrients and noble gasses), set up permanent interstellar portals (can install planetside and inside ships), eternal youth. By linking a portal to the interior of a gas giant, I can give an atmosphere to any hunk of rock with an escape velocity of at least 0.5km/s. I will let someone else do the fighting, my civ has a logistics win. We will spread across the galaxy like the mold in your bathroom.

Time control, but one where I can specify the affected area, too. I have no want to fight, and I would prefer to be a wise advisor or a wealthy owner, but if it's necessary, I can be in charge of war plans and de-age opponents until they haven't been born yet. :)

More importantly, I think time magic will be practical without making my life feel like meaningless slog. I can age fruits to perfect ripeness, never be late, speed up my wifi, and live for very very long. I can read novels created at any point in time, no need to wait for new chapters. Especially in space, it'll be really useful. But I cannot replace action with superpowers- I still need to actually do stuff, so I don't feel bored. It sounds perfect.
