I'd prefer to be a shapeshifter and assume whatever form I want. I don't know of an mge monster girl that can do that though (There may be one, I just don't know many of them). So Alraune or Dryad, if I had to pick a single form.

And for that, I have no idea what exactly I want to be. As far as I can recall, no beholder or any hypnosis type monster girl existed. There was the corruption series, but it did not struck me as anything fantastic.

Echidna. I have little knowledge of MGE, but at quick glance the characterisation appears to coincide with a certain snake archetype in mythology, which I find intellectually fascinating and totally not my chief personal fantasy.
