All but that last one. Have only been able to sit through one true opera and did not really enjoy that one. Can get into some operettas and rock operas but not true ones - though they do produce some fantastic overtures (and one led to a great Buggs Bunny cartoon)

All of the above expect the last one. Though I rarely have listened to audio books-nya. Also, I'm not delusional.

I guess the first two, images and text. I used to watch a lot, but over the last ten years it basically got halved every year until it became nothing. So mostly the first two, and with some gamming.

Video lets my brain work less. I like that. Unless I need my brain to flex what little muscle it has, then that doesn't help me. I also enjoy text and images, though.

I like audiobooks more than I thought I would, and a lot of my fiction these days comes as tv or movies. I want to catch up on my comic backlog though.

I am surprised gaming wasn't offered as a choice, since that's a major way to consume fictional stories these days,

Ah... that never occurred to me. I never even took the story in the game seriously (mostly skipped). You can add it yourself.

I don't think I can add the option cause it's your post, but I think there are definitely game stories that have had no effect on me, and game stories that I'll remember forever.

They don't have to be long or complex to be meaningful. Just like some stories work better as short fiction, some short games reallly convey their meaning and weight well.

It also depends on genre and franchise. It's a hot topic, but a lot of the big narrative single player games feel flat for me. They feel like they want to be movies instead of games. But some of the more tactically/mechanically interesting games have done a really good job of character and world investment.
