What kind of music do you usually listen to when you’re writing something?

I have a big problem: I’ve become addicted to writing while listening to music, which isn’t very good because in silent places, with no atmosphere or emotional charge, I simply can’t write and I believe many writers are like this, so please send me your best songs and help out a fellow writer with some serious bad habits, I need to draw emotions from music and put them into my texts. Music helps me reflect and dive deeper into what I write, but I’m running out of songs that spark new emotions for me to work with, so here I am, on my knees, begging for good songs that I don’t know yet.

Here are my two favorite songs to write to:
Does the Swallow Dream of Flying – Cosmo Sheldrake
Love Me – She Wants Revenge

I've never been able to write without music, and it is definitely a bad habit because of how distracted I get trying to find a perfect song or playlist that goes with what I'm writing lol.

If you're looking for atmosphere and emotion, it doesn't get much better than HEALTH in my opinion. I became addicted to them after watching this music video for their song "DON'T TRY" and haven't been able to stop listening to their entire discography on repeat. They also put out a new album recently, and I think it may be their best one yet.

What I listen to would be either: metal, rock, alternative (or some other random genre).
like:

Which helps me vibe, and relax during long writing sessions.
or
Which I based an entire universe just on this song alone.^

It really depends on the story I am writing, but to be specific, I'll choose a soundtrack from a film or series I watched that had context matching the scenes I'm writing. That way, I can have nostalgia guide my writing.

But there was one novel I wrote that wasn't an OST from anywhere. And this novel was my longest written one that I had done. This was the soundtrack I listened to when writing it: Eternal Reign: Fate of the Gods. Now that was the mood for that novel, but I would also listen and watch Panic! At the Disco: Emperor's New Clothes because the protagonist in the story was gradually experiencing a transformation very similar to what was happening in that video.
