Oh man. It's not really that famous but, the Epic Battle Fantasy Series has a special place in my dirty heart.
I would just mindlessly play the game when I accidentally discovered it.
I didn't even know then that you could upgrade your items.
It was only until last year that I noticed the new game mechanics after doing a re-run for the whole series.

It occurs to us that we're not playing any games at the moment, and that's weird.

Occasionally we'll crack open Diablo II: Resurrection, but we feel done with it.

Our favorite game may very well be whatever it is we start playing next.

But generally, we love anything that involves building, designing, customizing, and flight simulation. Strategy is great occasionally. We tend to shy away from multiplayer games, looking for solo stuff we can just meditate to.

Mass Effect trilogy. (The first one is my original copy when it was released on PC here, from more than a decade ago.)

Plus I bought them for way too many systems digitally. Probably about the same amount of time as Skyrim.

Hmm… probably Wind Waker.
I’ve been playing it since I was capable of thought, and it’s basically the only “free-roaming” game that I actually like. (Though I do enjoy playing Oblivion.)

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion! I have a quarter sleeve tattoo each of the Skyrim and Oblivion logo, thinking about getting a Morrowind one too!

I love RPG's, the only games that might come near to it are either Fallout NV or BG3

Depends on what day it is and what I need to relax.

If I'm looking for a something I have to focus on and will challenge me, either Dark Souls 1 or 3.

If I'm feeling nostalgic, Kingdom Hearts.

If I'm feeling really nostalgic, Donkey Kong Country 2.

If I want a power fantasy that will challenge me, Batman: Arkham Asylum.

If I want a power fantasy that'll let me zone out with some cathartic mass destruction, Just Cause 3.

If I just want to wander around and explore stuff for a few hours, Breath of the Wild.

Honorable mentions: Takes of Xillia has the best story in any game I've ever played. Doom 2016 offers the same destructive catharsis as Just Cause 3, just on a smaller scope. And Witcher 3 takes the prize for "game I've told myself I'll definitely beat this time and given up on four hours in" the most times.

Fallout 3. I've beat it 9 times, halfway through a 10th playthrough. I like it better than New Vegas. I've only beat New Vegas 4 times.

Fallout 4 is terrible. 76 is trash. I probably won't be playing any other new-to-come Fallouts because the industry isn't really making games for gamers as of yet, unless they are part of that mythical "modern audience."

If I had to pick a 2nd favorite series, probably Fable. 1-3 were awesome. I won't be touching the new one with a 1,000 foot pole. Those character models are just....horrible. Definitely done on purpose.
