Advertise outside of Scribblehub. It's not that hard, I'm introverted as hell, but I eat off of my words so I have to tell everyone and anyone on the internet about my services or the lights go out. Stories work the same way.
Get a Twitter account, sign up for Reddit, post on every hole in the wall forum you can, and engage with the wider community of readers and writers. I mention Sturgeons Law often, but the reality of the situation is that many readers won't actually care about the quality of your work beyond a certain point, look up authors like Eric Vall and Dante King for proof. As long as you check two boxes out of twenty and tell enough people that you exist, you'll be drowning in readers.
