I guess Pilot Mountain in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I'd like to be on that tip-top part. Probably only a few hundred feet across, but man I bet it's amazing up there.

I've driven that interstate so many times. T-E-double N-E-double S-double E, Tennessee! Such a beautiful area.

Yep. I was born and raised partially on the Eastern Band of Cherokee Reservation, though I alternated between there and living in NY due to various relatives. Scenes like that are my childhood. I've lived in 5 different U.S. States, as well as 3 different countries outside of the U.S., and still nothing catches my eye like the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I've travelled along that Parkway aimlessly many times just looking, not even headed to anywhere in particular. Around sunset, every time is like the first time.

100% on K2, this baby here has one of the most steepest and hardest climbs known to man, its nickname is called savage mountain so that just makes it cooler in my opinion. Also it's not as visited as much as the other high profile mountains.

Olympus Mons.
I was going choose that as my second one. It's insane how big that mountain is.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again if I ever climbed Mount Everest I’m not coming back… in fact if I climbed literally any real mountain I’m probably not gonna come back… I’m simply not built for mountain climbing-nyah.

There was another thread with this question before, but it was weirdly derailed with people talking about politics of all things. Anyway, for me it would mt Everest, definitely. Mt Fuji would be kinda neat too, but it's a bit crowded so it's not 100%, more like 60%. no cliffs tho
Karakorum. It might be weird nut I read a novel in my native language. It was about conquering the unconquered ridge of that mountain. Ever since then, I've wanted yo go trekking there —and probably find a hauntingly beautiful demise ?

I just had a thought. I know we have to die at a mountain for this thread, but does it have to be at the top of the mountain, or can we just take a sled and go for the ride of our lives (dying at the bottom)?

Kelly's Mountain. Cause it's the closest one and I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else.
