What if, after shooting himself, Hitler was confronted by (a) god. Given the choice of burning in hell for eternity, or saving the same amount of souls he got killed.

Reincarnated as the 4th princess of the Craihan Empire, (s)he now has to prevent the eradication of the demi humans in the facist Craihan Empire that'll commence in two generations time if no actions is taken.

Alternative: What if he himself was reincarnated as the very demi humans that are being oppressed..

Maybe this is just me, but why not reincarnate him/her into the very empire that opressed the demi humans?

He already has an established legend. I want to see him finish what he started in a different, fantasy setting.

To be honest, you'd almost have a quarter. This has happened a lot more times than just twice, most of them coming from people asking "is writing about Hitler okay?"

Considering some of the ideas of Buddhism, this is exactly what happens. To paraphrase: there is one being who is reborn in all of us.
