Kid peed in the toilet while my parents were watching him. He came home to use our toilet instead of using the toilet at their house, but I guess that's progress.

Today I woke up. I've been ill a lot this year. Major sicknesses. Caught some bug in DC, has had multiple relapses. Stuffy sinuses, sore joints, stolen lymph nodes the works. Doctor told me it isn't the Flu or Covid, and as of today, it's out of my system. The other 2 people that caught it are dead. But I woke up today.

A game I've wanted to play for a while went on sale on Playstation for 70% off, so I bought it.

I was able to help my neighbor with her project.

I woke up to post a new fanfic while trying to sneakily type with this clanky gaming keyboard in the middle of the night.

I made it through the work week.

Ah woman at the store got super excited about our mobility scooter because it's so stylish and well built looking, and she's looking for something like that for her daughter. So, we let her take a picture and send it to her daughter, and she gave her approval, and now she's got the brand name and model and is gonna go for it.

On this same trip, on the way into the store and kid maybe around 10 years old was gawking at the scooter like it was the best thing he'd seen all year, and later a man we were passing said, "That is the sweetest ride."

Like, we were lucky to be able to afford it, but we made a really good choice on this thing, it seems.
