What do you think about Pulp Speed?

I practiced Pulp Speed for the better part of my writing journey, and I think of going back to it. I just feel as if I don't practice my writing enough with just 2k words per day. Besides, I find it difficult to find good German books to read, these days. The BL ones follow a pattern: at first, the main couple doesn't want to be together, then they get in a roll and do the did, after that, they get in a roll again, do away with the main villain with the speed of light, and then get their happy ever after.

I think that I am burned out when it comes to reading.

Pulp Speed is about a million consumable words per year. Say you do 300,000 words in blogs, short stories, and other misc stuff, that would leave 700,000 words for traditionally published novels. That's ten 70,000 word novels per year.

It is basically writing more than 3k words per day. It goes back to the time when professional authors were paid per word or pages by magazines. So, they had to produce a shit ton. The Godfather is a pulp speed book, or so I have read.

Today I did an experiment. I turned off the inbuilt checker in Word. Believe me, I need the practice. My best page was with 12 mistakes, but I got up to 20 in a page. It is not like I don't know the rules, but I still make mistakes. I can't afford to do that.
