Coffee. Any kinds of coffee. Black is preferred. And yes, it really helps. I have a hard time focusing on things specifically, and a cup of coffee somehow erases any distractions and made me focus on my writing. It even lessen the pain of headache.

I guess some juice or a soda would be nice but a beverage isn't that crucial to when I'm writing cx and I usually drink water when I'm at home.
