This is a thread for people to share what interesting things they've learned today. It can be anything from introspective philosophy to finding out that you're not a normal person. I'll go first: Today I found out that not only do people think that eating garlic raw is weird, but I also found out that Taco Bell (Destroyer of colons and remover of 90's aesthetics) has been considered the healthiest fast-food restaurant in America for years and Chipotle has topped it this past year.
I learned that peanut butter isin't even a type of butter or has butter in it :blob_shock:

I learned that the studies on Corporal Punishment are extremely flawed. The conclusion didn't match the data well, as it ignored the environmental variables. That said, Spank your bad ass kids, but as a last resort.

According to the comments, the music for the trailer for this war of mine is Hungarian. Also, that game would be somewhere in top 5 most memorable games for me.

song is Omega by

Gyöngyhajú lány

(I have no idea how to pronounce that)

I learned that for FF6, the translator was given a month to complete the task. When he presented the transcript to the execs in Japan they were not happy with it.

Why?

Because changing kanji to english words takes up a lot more screen space. So he was told to condense it aggressively so there wouldn't need to be any more lines of text.
