I do dislike one trope 'Smut'
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The "I'm a completely useless person until I'm rejected and cast aside, then I become OP" trope.
Great choice.

I hate the trope where they say they will live a slow life in the next life but end up overworking again and being everyone's servant.
Also a great choice.

Does LitRPG counts?
It's a genre, not a trope, but I do understand why you dislike it. A favorite of authors who can't world build so they make their fantasy world just like a (videogame, tabletop game, power point presentation, slot machine, or any other dumb system).

Personal Systems.
True, many people should have one, not just MC.

Whatever it's called where the mc is unreasonably pacifistic. Oh yeah sure the guy tried to murder me and my family 5 times..this week but we can't even report him to the guard because that would make his family look bad. I drop fics over this, i've dropped shows over this.

Recurring enemies that never actually get defeated. Whoopsie they escaped, whoopsie they were faking being dead, whoopsie they had a trans-dimensional escape portal.
Two great choices. I have also dropped shows over a naive MC just letting the antagonists continue to do wrong.

Church le bad trope
You beat me to it, I was going to mention this one after I read all of the great responses here. The irony is that it's not even a bad trope; it's just done so poorly almost every time.

Misunderstandings that could've been easily resolved if the MC didn't have crippling autism
I find these relatable; I, too, could have avoided some problems if I was just better at social stuff.

I hate it when the mc shares a body with some malevolent entity that fights them for control. I feel like beyond the typical cliches this troupe is the most predictable and boring one to encounter.

Not to mention that having a constant annoyance in the plot that doesn’t leave until the final chapters is just irritating for me to read.

Can make for a good antagonist, or side character, but I can’t stand it when it the mc or another pov character

"Here's my epic cool fantasy world! It's so quirky and different from the protagonist's old world in so many ways!11!!"

And it's literally just medieval Europe but with magic and the author somehow hadn't considered how every single person having access to magic would fundamentally change the way societies even exist at all, never mind how they form or function.

Killing intent in Japanese works, systems, misunderstandings.
I like killing intent as a radar.

Not so much as emitter.

I don't like faceslapping, because it makes MC look like a dweeb.

Also, why faceslap when you can facerip?

...

I kind of missed it though.

The last time I saw it was with Bear Wolf Dog and the resolution occurred during the middle of the work.

Then MC attained godhood and the entity just fucked off now that MC is his boss.

Worst offender by far for me has to be a harem where the characters you get invested in suddenly disappear for the next shiny girl/guy that's been lined up to be conquered. It just bloats things and makes it impossible to enjoy most harem stories, even if they're otherwise good.

Second to that, extreme wish fulfillment. I can totally understand why people might like it, but things always feel just a bit 'too' easy while lacking any stakes.

Third, just because it should be an honorable mention, I hate it when pets are killed to show how 'evil' the big bad is.
Total emotional damage for me...

Personally I don't really 'Hate' any tropes, even cliches (they have their own charm) but I know some tropes are hated, I just want know about some. Actually I do dislike one trope 'Smut'
MISCOMMUNICATION. And I'll die on that hill because... JUST TALK?! that's me even in real life situations. When people around me are like omg but how do we say it. I'm like this is exactly the function of your mouth. Just open and close it, make some sounds and boom. Conversation. Communication. Understanding. So much you achieved ?

I'm not a big fan of 'regreter' as I call it. Characters who come to regret turning the MC down. it's fine when the author doesn't make a big deal about it, but when you have multiple chapter worth of writing describing the regerter regretting, I don't enjoy it.

I don't like it when MCs are overly popular in terms of romantic interests. Having a few people like them over the story is fine, but some MC are just way to popular for my tastes.
It happens a lot in the "I got kicked out of X and now I'm actually the best at whatever thing X was doing" genre. Its such dogshit writing. The trend needs to be destroyed.

As a connoisseur of romance manga, I absolutely despise plain milquetoast male protagonists who get the affection of the most hottest, smartest, and athleticest girl in his class, who is a total vixen (but like, only to the protagonist), all for some mundane bullshit act of kindness, or like, they secretly share the same hobby.

Yes, this is incredibly specific and not even a trope at this point, but I am sick, I am deathly ill of it ?

I personally dislike any kind of "wish-fulfillment, blank-slate, reader-insert" type characters in stories. I'm already me, I'm not reading something to get more of me, I want to meet new and interesting people, watch them go on adventures, and see them change and grow.

I don't 'hate' it, but for some reason, I just don't like stupidly beautiful people acting like they're average.

Not sure its a trope but I hate it when evil characters try to justify the messed up stuff they did.

"Oh no you see. I had to boil those elven children alive because elves abused me in school" or something like that. Yeah what they did was messed up but you still boiled children alive. If your gonna make an evil character let them own it.
I mean... That's kind of their character... They are 'evil'

I also don't really hate any tropes. I can get sick of them if I over read, which has happened a few times, but usually a good break, or just diving into a lot of different works is enough of a refresh for me.

Tropes I hate/but still read them anyway:
The "Every female I am kind to suddenly falls in love with me" though I have less than the Emotional Quotient (EQ) and looks of a random pile of :poop:.
Tsunderes some how winning in romance without changing their attitude, especially when they are not the hottest person going after the MC. Sadist/Masochistic MCs when the tag is not there.
The "You have a fiancé we never told you about trope", usually from years ago. Oh and it may be that it is several fiancé's that was arranged by the Grandparents on one side, Grandparents on the other side, Parents (Or both parents separately) and whoever is the head of the family. Never happens in real life even in cultures that have arranged marriages. You are informed who it is, and dates are arranged.

There is only one Genre/Trope I absolutely Hate: Incest, it sucked when the Greeks wrote about it. It sucks in stories now. Heck even mainstream media has it for MC's (GOT) and it personally sucks in it.

I am all right with most Xianxia tropes, including the "Do you know who my Clan/Daddy/Mommy/Uncle is" ones, granted it is overly used. But the one I despise is, "OH no you have been poisoned by X Aphrodisiac your gonna die unless you XXX someone".

Gender Benders are overdone and trite now days. Matter of fact have been since the 60's. Ones that are supposed to explore someone changing from one to another, or exploring what they think the other gender is seem to fall short more often then not. Especially when the gender bender does not run into the problems each gender uniquely has from the other and that the person has never experienced it themselves and as such gotten used to the issue.
Tsunderes are pile of utter shit, garbage that shouldn't be as popular as they are... But I guess they technically aren't trope... I don't know either they are shit!!!

If I hadn't encountered it more than once in real life, I'd agree with you... but some have weird self-confidence issues and just refuse to realize they are attractive for some reason.

That's real life thing too some people have low self esteem or childhood trauma which makes them like that. If you are belittled for everything you do in your childhood, you ain't gonna be a confident guy.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Personal experience... Maybe)

Not gonna lie, I do like that trope. I mean go die in ditch!!!, you are not meant to be together either way if you can't even communicate. Especially when it's bs reason.
Also, why faceslap when you can facerip?
Not gonna lie, seeing your profile I do have that urge....
