Honestly, my novels are always written with music in the bg. Currently, I like listening to Nier:Automata music and the soundtrack to Gris. Basically game osts are my go-to writing music.

It kinda depends really. Recently I got into Wars by T-moe because of Mortal Kombat. I can't really listen to music when writing because I would focus on the lyrics instead.
