What are good sources for cyberpunk inspired stories?

Rather then writing the usual stuff I went crazy and went for a cyberpunk futunari story opposed to a more general cyberpunk story. Instead of being reincarnated into night city with a system - I opted for something cyberpunk inspired instead (partly because I haven't rlly played the game) - but would like to do this as accurately as possible.

That means giving attention to income/progression which means paying attention to the economy to a certain degree and instead of a invincible MC that keeps going strong in a world like that, no matter what, I decided to go for a respawn ability with a costs (killing someone provides blood tokens that can be spent in a shop, and respawning cost 100 coins) point being is, he (or well she) will respawn fully ganic, meaning everything on her person (or in her person in case of cyberware) will be gone.

I'm planning to add a form of NPC management/spawning and would like there to be cost's associated to mistakes, meaning things sometimes have to die so that there's always that " what if? " risk, opposed to reading what are supposed to be dangerous chapters, casually because you know nothing is going to happen.

Anyway, i'm drifting off, point is I need more sources for vehicles and all that, which fits nicely into the economy.

For vehicles I have the standard edgerunner list although i'm happy to other alternatives: https://edgerunner.fandom.com/wiki/Vehicles

Some random stufff that i'm not sure if I use (might use the 5 eds foodstick, opposed to the overpriced kibble from the original cyberpunk wik): https://edgerunner.fandom.com/wiki/General_Gear

Short explanation about Net architecture: https://www.reddit.com/r/cyberpunkred/comments/n4m4w8
Weapon prices/weapons i'll probably go with: https://montreal.dataterm.ca/en/arsenal/cpred/

- Do you have any useful information or sources to add to this or maybe replace certain sources already here? Also, feel free to copy or use sources as you see fit for your own work.

Are you trying to create your own Tabletop RPG? That's what it looks like to me and if you're looking for some lore and setting ideas, I'd recommend Gibson's Sprawl Trilogy and Neil Stephenson's book Snow Crash, definitely check out Blade Runner and all the usual stuff.

In terms of mechanics, that one's a bit tricky because games like Shadowrun: The Sixth World is one I'm still trying to wrap my head around. There are some serious conflicts in there (don't get me started) Cyberpunk 2020 is a beloved version of the game and with good reason. Cyberpunk RED is definitely dark AF but one I still am anxious to play at some point but the point of that game is succeed or fail, none of that matters as long as you looked cool as hell doing it and you meant for that to happen. That's the entire aesthetic of the game: Style over Subtance so that could be an aesthetic choice to take in as well.

Just me kinda spitballin' here.

It is actually for a novel - https://forum.scribblehub.com/threads/futanari-question.26151/

Point is that I still want a understandable economy so I can play into that as part of the progression - Cyberpunk is a typical dystopia dog eat dog type of world, so economical progression (beyond standard skill/ability progression) would be nice. Starting out in a container or cube hotel and working your way to a appartment studio and beyond, maybe starting a shop? Etc etc.

Let's say the MC clears a scav den (very typical cliche) and loots weapons, how much would what weapon be worth on average? Most novels just skip everything and say he earned (x) amount from the clearing/mission/loot or just don't keep track of eds/money in it's entirety. I think adding small details like that, even though it's a massive pain to do, would add value to the story. To me it would feel more like there's a form of economical progression that way.

You won't find these details on novels. I'm sure you'll find bits of this and that if you look hard enough, but you'll just scratch your head for weeks if you use them as the basis for your ground-scale worldbuildings.

@RavenWulfgar is right for directing you to TTRPG. I don't know if you want to spend money on the sourcebooks tho, cause they may be slightly pricy, but just core rulebook is more than enough to help your most if not all problems. Some cyberpunk TTRPGs that I can think of are Shadowrun, Cyberpunk RPG, Carbon 2185, and Shadow of the Beanstalk. Each of these games has extensive lists for weapons, armors, vehicles, body mods, and even some essential daily items. They also give concrete prices for almost everything, so you can get the gist of how the dystopian economy works. Things like hideout from rundown apartment in perpetual dark street to utopian gated community are also included.
