I mean.
I was not sure if you wanted the comparison of just the DISHES
or the "country" restaurants.

And well.
If its dishes, im not sure about that.

But if you talk about india's restaurants, oh boi.

Basically, there is the stereotype that its spicy and you will go to toilet. Its nothing, lot of people know this.
(Here is the thing im not sure i should tell)
but, is that recently i saw some anecdotes people mentioning they did tourism there, and they kept going to toilet when they visited india.
EVEN WORSE, is that there is a weird video of a indian dude doing lemonade with some special methods on the road, but like there are bunch of things that are clearly not hygienic AT ALL. And well, some people mentions that in india, there is no "hygiene/food security" stuff. And if ignoring some jokes about "darwin evolution" and "its to remove the weak", some mention that some their friends had food poisoning there.
And that not just them/tourists, but their countrymen too often have food poisoning A LOT.
Also, you can choose to believe me or not, but i talked some indians (not fake, especially they often talked about bollywood movies) but -------------nevermind this one i truly dont want to say it. Especially as its food topic today.
