Should I post my novel on Webnovel? Without taking the contract of course.

Yes, it is better to get more readers for your story.
Webnovel readers would probably be excited for good free novels

I think not. It'll be hard to delete the story including a disrespectful donkey who reposted story. The guys I know told me about it. They said webnovel does not take a crap about this stolen story posted by that poor excuse.

I wouldn't if you ever want to publish your story with profits. I'm currently in the middle of deleting all my stuff off webnovel because they suck.

If it's fanfiction, yes. They don't harass you with a contract if you post a fanfic.

Honestly depends on it. If you want to reach a good audience, maybe royalroad is better? They’re harsh there but they’re at least honest. And if it’s a fanfiction then you should post it on AO3 (archiveofourown) since that has great exposure. Other sites to post are also wattpad and that one honey site I forgot the name of, but they aren’t very good for various reasons.

If you're hoping to one day make money on it, probably not? According to some authors here, their novels posted on webnovels were copied and reposted on pirate sites, though there was no mention if it was webnovel's own doing or if their stories were just scrapped as is. One of these authors said they don't care that their stories are copied elsewhere, but if it's Ai-chan, Ai-chan would VERY much care.

And if one day you decide to wipe your stories from webnovel, you have no evidence to say that the stories already copied and pasted on pirate sites are yours. Which means if you try to sell your stories on Amazon for example, it would be taken down as there is ample evidence that your stories are not yours (even when it's actually yours). And worse, for as long as you're on webnovel, even without a contract, webnovel reserves the legal rights to your content. So while your copyright is yours, the ability to take legal actions is webnovel's task. So it is questionable if you can even DMCA the pirate sites. It could be, but nobody has ever done it. Everyone's like, "Eh, I've reported it to webnovel, it's their duty to handle it."

Its very difficult to gain views on Webnovel without contract. If it is fanfiction, that is different story. Fanfiction would allow you to gain fanbase quick, but uploading an original story without planning to go webnovel is not smart idea, instead upload it somewhere else if you want to gain actually views, and good feedback.
