Water is good if its cold, room temperature, or tea warmth. Warm water is disgusting though.

Iced cold. Actually I'm not a fan of warm drinks in general. Except for hot cocoa

As for warm/hot. Some drinks are good that way. Water by itself is not.

Most including water are best at room temp. Some exceptions off the top of my head are tea and hot cocoa.
