View lags, heart/view difference

am I the only one having so much trouble using this site?
Since I recently started using this website and posting, I often have trouble ith it permanently loading the human verification trying to enter forums, it lags my views on my chapters so badly it's cheating me.
I have some chapters with what 30 hearts but the views don't even budge or stay stuck at zero or some small number.

Have had the verification pop up far too often but have not experienced the other lag issue.

I think it depends on the country and the time. Sometimes there are no problems, and sometimes I have to turn on the VPN.

The view counter isn't realtime; its cached (and probably for too long).
Hearts are semi-realtime; refreshing the page will always bring up the latest count.

Hence the discrepancy.

As for verification, well, that's Cloudflare for you. Nothing that can be done about that from the site's perspective.

Ohhhh I see. Thank you for the clarification. I just wish that counter would update better, even if it takes a while. I have avid readers that are reading my series and even commenting on it and so on, and the views only register...sometimes and sometimes never at all. Which leads me to feel discouraged in the site haha. It took so long for me to reply because of this cloud fare issue not letting me in

Yes!! I noticed certain times of days the count goes up rapidly, others no matter how many readers I have it stays stuck. I tried the VPN, didn't help me on my end but it was a helpful thought!
I hope the website improves this metric a bit.

I made a slight mistake with the topic. There are different types of lag when using the website and when using the statistics.
