ps ps ps : the armor when he returned, isn't pretty and colorful shining like that but realistic armor, with scarred parts, blood and stuff, with some brown hide in parts (did it have bear fur i forgot). I think even the otaku thought "wow, that is a badass cosplay" and even felt scared.

This trope is really rare. I can think of birdy the mighty where a guy combines with an alien to save his life because she killed him by accident.

There is parasite the maxim but that is also combining with an alien.

If someone is combining with their electronics it is almost more cyberpunk than isekai.

There are some bad guys in stuff I can think of that kinda have this combing with stuff. Dungeon crawler carl has some messed up bosses that are really just people who have combined with their surroundings to make a more exciting boss fight.
