Updates not showing on latest updates

I accidentally uploaded my draft of my work, saw it on the latest updates and deleted it afterwards (which therefore got taken out of the latest updates section) because it was an unfinished draft, and after 10 minutes of fixing the draft I upload it again but this time I don't see it on the latest updates.

Is this some sort of anti-spam thing in play?

PS: My story is "So, My Piano Turned Into A Girl"
