I have two but have never used them in a published book. I hope they count anyway.

Conspiracy Theory Cannon:
Shoots out holographic projections of outlandish conspiracy theories, temporarily confusing and distracting enemies as they try to make sense of the bizarre information. The effectiveness depends on the logic behind the conspiracy theory.

Reverse Psychology Granade: Temporarily reverses the psychology of enemies, making them believe they are invincible and reclessly attack or make them flee even though they are about to win.

A magical ring forged by the power of friendship that gets a power boost any time the friends get worshipped.

Not as unique as other ones mentioned here but my character has a leather pouch that is full of finely ground glass. The way the pouch is shaped allows it to be gripped on one side to allow her to fling the contents into someone's face. Obviously she has to be aware of wind direction when using this, but as a nasty surprise it works.

I had a double-faced axe-hammer with a shark teeth pole. No full halberd with a spear part since the MC didn't feel like it was needed. It would have been turned into a phylactery with an emergency anti-magic faraday cage feature. So if captured, the weapon could grown arms and legs to escape once it was put down.

Years ago, way back in the late 90s. After I played FF7 and FF8. I made a story where I the main character carried the Sword Blaster. Which was basically the Buster Sword with an energy chamber where the rainguard/crossguard should should be. You can fire eight rounds at once.

I just wrote about revolvers that can be thrown at the enemy and explode. Is this still too tame?

Weirdest things I've written are a classic gunbrella that's used as a magic conduit. Take an umbrella, put a gun into it, turn the part that's used to not get hit by rain sturdy as f*ck, make it rotate so you could also use it as a drill or a pizza cutter-y chainsaw and you can also take the main parts apart to use them as sword and shield. It can also used as a form of transport either by gliding or using the drill at full power. It's pretty much a magical deus ex machina multitool, but everything else is as weirdly OP as this or even more ridiculous.

And the Sword of Promised Victory, aka the Fae Blade of Bullshit. It's more or less the arthurian Excalibur. It grants "victory" to everyone starting with its wielder and their allies. But it also grants the opponent "victory" as long as their opponent's definition of victory does not directly clash with the one of the wielders. Can only be wielded by Fae or people that are physically or mentally crippled. (There's no correlation between the conditions!!! -according to the current wielder)

What is the most creative/ unique weapon or object you had wrote about? And if you can, describe them in the worst way possible.

Mine is Fallen Starlight, an ancient sniper rifle made of the clothes God gave to Adam and Eve, the more racist the user is, the more powerful the shot.
I had an actual phallic spear weapon. It could extend, and it's ummm rigid enough to take out a brick wall. This woman gave it as a gift to her girlfriend, so I'll let you imagine that it's probably used less in battle than other weapons.
