What's unique to you is highly subjective to me. I can make a swimmer got isekai'd by just diving into a pool but then came out at the sea of another world, with the otherworlders thought of you as the king of the sea for swimming very far to the shores.

But as my title stated, I won't write one, not in the foreseeable future
You could make this work within a single world, too; they dive into the pool in the USA and wind up in Japan. It might as well be a another world if you don't know the langauge!

Then just slap some water-based abilities on top; you find out that it was actually their own latent ability activating that sent them on this unexpected trip, and once they master it, they can use it to fast-travel, with limits.

Being a Ukraine soldier
"A Ukrainian citizen, D. D., a second-group invalid with open-form tuberculosis, is caught on the street by recruitment center employees and beaten to death in an attempt to force him to sign a volunteer contract. But he is reborn in a new world. Whatever adventures await him will undoubtedly be more exciting than serving under the command of a brigadier general whose sole “feat” - was stealing Lend-Lease Hamvy from his own commandos."

Getting isekaied in half after you get run over by a train on the tracks. One half (below the waist) goes to one kingdom, and the other half (above the waist) goes to another kingdom. Lower half specializes in ass-kicking and joins the adventurer's guild as the only adventurer missing his top half, and the upper half specializes in accounting and acts as a secretary to a corrupt noble. The lower half spends his time in brothels getting laid and blowed, and the upper half keeps feeling the phantom sensations that the lower half is experiencing, which drives the upper half crazy with dreams of being whole again, fighting (kicking ass) and getting laid. So the upper half gets an extended vacation after some time (ie: fired from the drudgery of secretarial work) and goes on an adventure with some brigands to find his lower half, which had now become famous in the other kingdom as one of the best adventurers in the kingdom (S rank), so it becomes EXTREMELY hard to find his lower half.

I know, I know, I know. This is weird, but whatever. This is just a thought experiment.

Some mage in your fantasy setting used Find Familiar. Your MC is the poor bloke whose spirit got ripped out of their body, now incarnating a magical construct of the wizard's choice.

DnD only says Find Familar summons a spirit from another plane, it doesn't go in great detail who is, or how willing the spirit has to be. So I think a human from another plane is free game!

Now, what happens if the wizard eventually breaks the pact and send you home (after living in a world of magic, how do you cope with living in a world of paper & paycheck? What legally happened to you and your family during that time? Are you legally dead? Considered missing? Do you still have magic, or your former body?)

You basically have two Isekai story right there!

I didn't want to do overwork or being hit by a truck, I wanted something more unique.
An old man makes love to his wife and dies from being overexerted.
A young dude doing parkour fails a run, falling off a high area in the process.
A martial artist dies in a competition.
Pro swimmer attacked by shark.
Rock climber's safety rope broke when he needed it to work.
Poisoned by a loved one that was looking for a life insurance payout.

If you want weird or brutal then use any death from action or slasher films in the 80s, in robo cop one guy gets blown up and another melted and ran over.

Even in films like final destination people die because a propane tank explodes.

In the toxic avenger, a kid gets ran over twice until his head pops.

I've been drafting a second story that I plan to release after I finish the current one, and I planned to make it an isekai. My idea was to take some overused tropes and spin them in a way I've never/rarely seen in manga, manhwa, anime and light novels. I didn't want to do overwork or being hit by a truck, I wanted something more unique.

I found something neat, radiation poisoning, and it made me think on what everyone else would rather see as a means of being isekaied.
it doesn't matter if it's cliche if it's interesting and if you enjoy it

"I'm sorry to say this, MC.... but a hypervelocity star just hit your planet while you were sleeping."
Google it... there's thousands of them in our solar system alone. Sweet dreams.

Depends on what tone you're going for in your story. Is it whimsical, serious, funny, a mix of everything? Then you can pick your favorite way to die in the Isekai way. You could get sucked down a toilet, fall down something, choke on ramen, or save a bus full of children. Anything works really, as long as it fits your themes and tone.

The most unique way I read was an old Cultivator flying on his sword at high speed and suddenly lose control and drop to the ground, and then a normal(?) dude pass by and pick up the sword and took the universal pouch (a bag with a space inside to store item) from the old Cultivator saying shit like "Master you break the sword if you fly randomly like that. How about letting your disciple take care of this sword?Etc....". The old Cultivator became angry against the shameless dude and kick him in the butt saying "Get lost brat", sending him in another world.

The way someone is isekaied is honestly the least important part unless it's setting up important character details because who they were before the isekai is really important to how they handle it, or it otherwise becomes relevant later. You can just skip it entirely and start the story immediately with the isekaied character finding out their situation and it will probably help with reader retention to get straight into it rather than faffing about with unimportant filler. People are already so familiar with isekai that you don't really have to explain the premise like that anymore.

But... somertimes the intro is by far the most fun part of the book!
Look at my book 'dead guys'. the prologue intro is pretty much meaningless, until much later, but my protagonist gets to DRIVE TRUCK-KUN INTO A TEENAGER!

If the most exciting thing about your book is the way the character gets sent to the fantasy world, and not anything about the fantasy world itself- you might want to reconsider some things.
