I've been drafting a second story that I plan to release after I finish the current one, and I planned to make it an isekai. My idea was to take some overused tropes and spin them in a way I've never/rarely seen in manga, manhwa, anime and light novels. I didn't want to do overwork or being hit by a truck, I wanted something more unique.

I found something neat, radiation poisoning, and it made me think on what everyone else would rather see as a means of being isekaied.

Isekai at this point is to just die.

Pick your fav death then.

The most interesting I see is the dude getting caught cheating with a married woman and I forgot how he dead.

The way someone is isekaied is honestly the least important part unless it's setting up important character details because who they were before the isekai is really important to how they handle it, or it otherwise becomes relevant later. You can just skip it entirely and start the story immediately with the isekaied character finding out their situation and it will probably help with reader retention to get straight into it rather than faffing about with unimportant filler. People are already so familiar with isekai that you don't really have to explain the premise like that anymore.

You know what happens after 3 weeks of constipation? Diarrhea.

Blissful, satisfying diarrhea. It takes all the stress away, throws away the pain, then consumes the feeling of bloatedness and all you have in the end, is the feeling of bliss.

So blissful in fact, that you wouldn't mind dying right now. In fact, you get isekai'd right as you were releasing all that pent up shit into the toilet bowl. Ah such happiness.

"Oh great hero! We are mighty honoured to have you - what is that smell? And why are you naked below the belt?"

The most unique way of getting isekaied is when MC gets his face melted by a fireball(yes, magic) and ends up in another magical world. Yes. You go from one magical world to another. No need to thank me bracha.

- Having a jackhammer go through your face
- Getting blindsided and beaten up by methheads in a meth den
- Having an active lawn mower fall on top of your head.
- Blown up by a drone
- Shot by gang member due to miscommunication
- Crushed in trash compactor
- Blown up by explosives in a pager
- Electrocuted and set on fire while singing in front of an audience
- Gas explosion in a BBQ restaurant
- Animals getting revenge on poacher
- Killed by a poacher protecting animals
- Back broken while practicing gymnastics.
- Crushed between a hospital bed and an MRI
- Buried alive by vengeful rebel who didn't like how you conducted your funeral service
- Heatstroke while getting beat up by kids in a mascot uniform
- And many other such cases.

What's unique to you is highly subjective to me. I can make a swimmer got isekai'd by just diving into a pool but then came out at the sea of another world, with the otherworlders thought of you as the king of the sea for swimming very far to the shores.

But as my title stated, I won't write one, not in the foreseeable future

I think my favorite is Cooking Sorcerer's method. A dragon (basically a demigod in that realm) shoots one of his scales and a fairy across worlds. It ends up colliding with the MC, causing her to trip down a flight of stairs and die. The fairy felt terrible for killing a random stranger so it put the MC's sould in an elementalist in the dragon's world.

The rest of the story is kinda average but the method always makes me crack up.

A group of asshole ethereal Guardians using an old waypoint grab several people in Japan to make them hero's, during which they try to grab the MCs kid only to accidently get the MC instead. They realize their mistake halfway and dump the MC in a desert Temple to die.

Ones I've used or plan to use:

Tripped over a magic lantern after being shot for hitting on a mobster's wife.

Executed for murder (electric chair)

.... that's it...

In my novel, the protagonist decided to end his life by overdosing on pills. He boarded a tram with the intention of getting off at the final stop. In a state of delirium induced by intoxication, the boundaries between the material and the fictitious disappeared, and everything transformed into the very idea of itself. And as he stepped off through the doors at the final stop, the protagonist crossed beyond the confines of his own world. (I don't know how well AI will manage this translation into English.)

In one of my abandoned projects, the mc was heading to his dorm‘s basement when a tornado threw a semi into the stairwell hitting him.
Then an alchemist tied his soul to a book, and tossed it through a portal as an experiment.
