Hello, I'm Pili, the author of "Yumix; Unveiled" on ScribbleHub.

So... somehow I woke up today and saw myself banned from the platform for no reason '-'

Not only that but they made my work not even visible on the platform. Isn't this some shame act? In fact we never broke ToS at all. (There is no message for reason of ban or email about it)

It's not a bug. I know for a fact there were several reports regarding this person.
While I have no sitewide access, I would wager Tony decided these reports had enough veracity behind them to take action.

For those interested, this person is an alleged scammer. Not an "I will sell AI pics to you" but something more serious. I think they made a scam site or something along the lines of it. There was a thread about it, now it is deleted. And considering they were banned, it means they are not an alleged scammer but a real scammer. Btw, @Tyranomaster Is another person who saw teh thread and can verify it.

The website this person links everywhere is full of intrusive adds that are fishing for personal information.
They claimed they made it 'just now' a day or two ago and made a thread here, despite me banning them from the SH Discord server two months ago for linking it in their Bio and refusing my request to remove it.
Their followers were a mix of bots/what looked like sock puppet accounts.
These accounts made their accounts on the same day they followed this person and commented on their story - which is their only activity.
Their RR account reviews were all fake and were removed after they (RR) received a report.

And then some of these accounts are also used to harass other authors until they stop writing. Anyway, congrats on becoming a moderator!

Hello there, this is a rude claim to say that we are scammers.

- First of all, we have been unbanned from RoyalRoad after solving the issue. Since they claimed that some of the ads on our platform (again hosted by Monetag, which used to have a good trust score) seemed like phishing ads. So thanks to the RoyalRoad team we have taken instant action and stopped our collab with Monetag ads service and other ads service too.


- Second thing, we have verified our website safety using Norton Web Security and scanned it the whole platform on VirusTotal, we also have certificated key from Microsoft WM and Google Search Engine too.

- Additionally for the reason of the ban on the discord server was not clarified, they said your website had some annoying pop-ups, when we asked them about more information's to solve the issue, they gave up instant ban without even giving the ban reason as a message.

- For the last thing of "fake reviews", those people are not bots as you claim, we run usual events on our discord servers, and recommend people to read our work on the platform (which includes creating accounts of course), so it's not technically some spam thing but more like special events to the people so we increase our visibility since we started only recently to publish on this platform, we already have a huge fanbase on WebNovel so most of them are new to this platform


I hope I answered most of the questions here, and again we are looking for a proper way to solve the issue since we contacted the staff team but they did not reply to us yet by email. As we mention that we care about the user safety, so since we were notified about the issue we took the action days ago even before the ban occurred here. So yeah that's the whole matter. (Also who said we do harass other people, why you lie by our name bruh).

There is no such credentials or any input thing on it. It just redirects you to our Account where we host special events and trailers. But also we linked it with Monetag 3rd party ads. So we confirm from here that there is no such thing developed by us into the source code that does collect your data. You can see the only visible data we collect is the only optional email data on our Privacy Policy Page.
