"The idea of time travel, fantasy. The idea of transferring ourselves through time in any sort of way is nigh. Even less so that we can control where we would land, that would be up to fate. Even then what is to say the world is worth changing? What does changing the world do? You wouldn’t be known, you couldn’t be known. You are trapped forever in a world different from yours forever, an outsider. So can you even change the world as a no one? I tried. I deluded myself into believing it was possible. I listened to the onlookers shouts of praise as I tried to make history. I succeeded, but it wasn’t controllable. When I first woke up? September 9th, 2001."

Curious on what people think of the idea, I think it could make for a nice short story.

Reading your blurb, it seems interesting to me, especially if you're character is looking at stopping 9/11. But really it's the genre. Since you're thinking about the story being short it would make for a nice, emotional, dramatic tale, especially if there is politics involved. That's how I see at least and my opinion will probably be at odds with someone else's.

Hmmm . . . Theme yes? It isn't quite clear what the theme was since you are trying to make it vague and obscure. There are even contradictory stuff.

The concept is interesting. It is quite popular really, being sent back in time and change fate. It would be interesting to see your take on it.

Hm. I'm not familiar with the genre but I'm guessing its a thriller? If it's a short story, I could see the protagonist trying to run around New York to stop it or something. It could be a solid story if done right. You would have to look into the butterfly effect more though
