Even if you don't feel the piss , the hand will be harbouring a shit ton of germs which can cause skin conditions like pimples and more , this might not be a problem to you generally but think about those who interact with you who might be immunocompromised or have a weakened immune system.

I do, but based on my experience with public bathrooms either men on SH are very non-representative compared to the general public or they are lying because in my experience with public restrooms somewhere around half of men either completely ignore the sink after using a urinal or just do the useless quick rinse where no soap is used and they are really only sprinkling a little water on their hands for 3 seconds effectively just spreading the grossness and making things worse not better.

Also wtf my family came from a third world country. Being serious here, I always wash my hands, drilled into me when I was young. Shit or piss, even entering the bathroom I do.
