You do get to see more of a version of her in 0, it is a big sacrifice but the correct one. Assuming you aren’t talking about the Suzuha ending.

I got an inkling that the Suzu from 0 would probably be from a future where world war 3 happened since that is where Okabe got his first Titor prediction describing that world war 3 happened on that world line.

Hmm when Okabe wanted to stop himself from pursuing Suzu he had wrote that she was part of the organization and it is a trap to stop him. I don't think that Suzu ever really found out who her dad was.

When Lintalo asks what happened to Hashida Suzu, after the D-mail, to Mr. Braun, he said she died of illness. Meaning that she figured it out. Cannot remember if that scene is in the VN however.

She might have deduced it from the name of the time machine and the fact Daru went to the convention, perhaps she met him before he left. It could also just be a coincidence brought by convergence, but I doubt it.
