If you want to have unplanned night shifts, two hours long traffic, and the orders that make you sit overtime and be responsible for 5 machines, as in eco-solvent printer, solvent banner printer, UV printer, cold lamination plotter, cutting plotter, having essentially doing everything printing related while procrastinating, sure, go on. Because I'm too specialized and have broad skills (being 2m in height and having POWAH) and I don't suck too much at it, I can come late, but I must do everything that I need to do that day regardless if I come early or late. And also, because the printing (besides of solvent printing) is often "calibrate and forget, while occasionally watching for mid print blunders", I can do whatever I want at that time. Basically, my job is too specialized that I can do whatever I want, even come late, but I need to do the tasks that I have for that day.
