You either have to send money to your trusted friend with a credit card from them and him/her giving you back the money you earned or make a check for yourself with a fee (1.50$)
That's the only option I think. So i don't know what other are nowadays.

Just download one of those free mastercard apps on the play store and then link it to your PayPal.

The last time I checked, to withdraw money, you are required to either connect your PayPal account to a bank or a credit/debit card. However, to keep it in your PayPal to use for later, you can set up a PayPal Balance account. I may be wrong.

Just download one of those free mastercard apps on the play store and then link it to your PayPal.
