High fantasy world, the kind people isekai into. There's a nearly omnipotent Church, and they go around chasing down and neutralizing threats. Two of them are two small sisters.
Story is about those two characters surviving by the skin of their teeth. The two characters are still deeply human, though. They just want to have fun and live a normal life, but the Church is chasing them down for a power deep inside them.

Okay, let's write some story lore! I'll try to keep it vague, since not much of my story has been released yet.

My story, Coded to Kill, is set in a fantasy world, in the Kingdom of Lethia. The kingdom is currently going through a war with its rival, The Dominion of Remorae for a rare mineral called Azuralite, which is vital for both advanced weaponry and sustaining the kingdom's infrastructure.

Scientist in Lethia's Underground Laboratories have collected nine test subjects that willingly give up their lives to be rebirthed as weapons to help Lethia win the war, but Rowan Vale, an amateur scientist under the observation of her boss, Dr. Corvinus, doesn't entirely agree with this program. They strive to find another way to win the war, all while trying to regain the nine test subjects' memories and finding out the true reason why Lethia wants the Azuralite.

Here is a link to the story here in case anyone is interested!:

The stars, planets, and other celestial bodies are alive. Our star is a genocidal maniac on a cosmic scale, which made them being imprisoned inside a cosmic bubble.

The MC is the representative of humanity in a game orchestrated by the Ego of Earth, an amalgamation of humanity's good and bad. She supports a lot of bad things and also the good things.

Like real life, there are a bunch of world-destroying items besides nukes.

The Ego of Earth is a psycho with DID, not graceful at all.
Wow... your lore has similarities with my lore about the living world, but the scale and focus are different. You make the sun, and the planets live as animate entities that have personalities.

But the world in my universe is more like a 'living will' that regulates the balance of the world. And when the world experiences an imbalance due to moral disasters carried out by humans as anomalous entities of the world, then the 'will of the world' responds extremely by giving birth to disaster princesses to restore the balance of the collapsed world.

For example when the law of the court dies due to corruption of power then Marry El Rose (Protagonist) is incarnated as Blood Rose Princess - the last world judge for humanity who enforces the law of blood, blood for blood with the main principle of recognizing the victim's trauma from their blood so that Marry El Rose becomes a 'disaster' entity for a tyrannical world that has long lost its law.

You know how when you wake up, you might only remember parts of your dream (if any of it at all)? When you're knocked out and your mind drifts off to Sleepyville, anything could have happened that almost prevented you from returning to the realm of the waking. You could have been lost in the depths of a labyrinth. You could have been held captive by talking cards with pointy sticks. You could been stuck in the crossfire between Hulk Hogan and Bruce Banner arguing about who gets the trademark rights to "Hulk".

Well, whenever it seemed like you couldn't have escaped these dastardly dreams on your own, that's because you weren't on your own.

Enter Dream Knights: those forgotten heroes who come in the nick of time to save your sorry butt from the butt-pocalypse (or whatever other oddball problem your dreaming mind comes up with). Dream Knights have been rescuing people from their own sleep fantasies since the dawn of human kind. They are real people blessed by the collective unconscious of humanity to go save our species during that single, universal span of time where everyone is most vulnerable.

Now, the kicker is in the "forgotten" part. Just like how you always forget some details of your dreams, Dream Knights and their deeds are always forgotten the moment real life seizes you again. So then, if their legacy is doomed to oblivion every time, why do Dream Knights keep going? That is the rub, and every Dream Knight has different ways of tackling and coping with it...

When humans were still in the barbarian stage, there was a mysterious race that came from the North, the name of the race was Eldirith. They enslaved humans and turned them into livestock. Until the peak when suddenly humans get magic power from a source that is still a mystery.

They managed to expel the Eldirith and forced them to isolate on an island in the North of the continent, separated by a strait. However, humans are still humans, they began to fight each other using their magic.

And in the end their magic power disappeared suddenly without a definite cause, the religious leaders said that this was a divine punishment because humans killed each other with their magic.

Fearing the return of the Eldirith, the humans began to look for new alternatives as weapons, and that's when gunpowder was invented along with other weapons for it, muskets and cannons. But again, humans being humans, they also use it to fight each other.

Along with the start of this early modern era, the Age of Reason also began with many thinkers wondering about social inequality and also the mystery of the sudden disappearance of human magic. Was the disappearance of magic really due to divine punishment as the religious leaders said? Could they be hiding something behind it?

Well, something like that.

This is similar to the "Sparrowverse" - except the invaders were from another dimension, and their leader found humans boring, so made his right hand thing do what he could to make them more interesting; after a few crossbreeding experiments, he hit on the idea of teaching humans magic. For a while it worked, and they entertained the leader of the "Demons" - but then one of the humans decided to turn against them, united the others who had learned magic, and pushed them out of this reality... At least temporarily (also triggered the first major branching - in one, he locked them out completely, also sacrificing most forms of magic, but preventing them from ever coming back; in another, he was unwilling to sacrifice his power and only pushed them out, with several restrictions, but allowed magic to remain).

To be honest, I haven't read that book at all. But yeah, I'm sure that right came to my mind too because of the many stories I read, and a Lore was formed also because of that. I also hope that the lore will expand as the story progresses, although the early part of the story will focus more on the revolution.

And thanks for the reply! It gave me another source of reference!

I just use that term as kind of a play on the former TV DC Universe (Arrowverse) - it refers to (so far) the Jack Diamond stories and Strange Awakening (where Sparrow is introduced). It is also the universe I created for most of my Champions RPG sessions back in the 80s and early 90s before I started playing around with other ideas for a background.

This will be for the supernatural time travel story. NOTE: Spoilers.

  1. There is one god that created everything, including their spiritual servants that have been given dominion over each part of creation. Starting with time, space, and matter.
  2. Before the destruction of the old world, some of the servants rejected their creator and were sentenced to corporeal state on earth where they ruled humans as gods. This introduces magic, supernatural creatures, and metal weapons to humans.
  3. Random guy shows up, kills the ruler of the old world, and turns said ruler into a magic mask that allows the wearer to speak and understand all languages.
  4. Shadows come into existence. Don't worry about it.
  5. The old world is wiped out by the creator, saving some humans who pass down the stories of the old gods orally until they get telephoned into the new lesser gods, or Elder Ones.
  6. New languages emerge. The corporeal servants that were wiped out still exist in a weakened spiritual state so they inhabit willing humans to make them into mostly immortal legends with dominion over a weaker version of their old powers. This creates the new gods, which are reborn in the next of kin or closest in relation via the Elder Ones spirit. The downside is that whoever they possess will now be blinded by their greatest desire until it is fulfilled.
  7. Humans wage war with the backing of their new gods. Masked guy shows up to disrupt everything and make friends.
  8. Most of the Elder Ones become the gods of the world from most mythologies.
  9. Fast forward to the Illiad. Helen of Troy has been kidnapped and is forced to have a kid with Paris, Prince of Troy, who she names Meyrlen(later Merlin).
  10. Helen sends Meyrlen with her handmaiden to escape the battle while she stays to fight against her captors. Handmaiden escaped with Meyrlen and heads to the coast of Asia Minor first before taking a ship to India, and then Briton because they kept getting attacked. Helen is killed in the battle and Meyrlen(now Merlin) has inherited her power to summon any person who died while having pledged loyalty to her to fight on her behalf. He now has access to the fallen Trojan army and can accrue more. When they die after this point, they die forever. Merlin desires peace for all people.
  11. Merlin is harassed by a masked man who he becomes friends with.
  12. Many years later Merlin is taken in by some of the few old gods who had survived the destruction of the old world, Oberon and Titania, lord of the Fae, and Freya(now going by Nimue, Viviane, or Lady of the Lake). Nimue and Merlin fall in love and she tasks him with distributing the swords she crafts for his purpose of peace.
  13. Merlin tasks the warlord king Uther Pendragon with uniting the Britons. He fails due to his lust so Merlin puts his son, Arthur in charge. Arthur is way better.
  14. Arthur wins the hunting festival and unknowingly bangs his halfsister(this is arthurian canon btw). Merlin has to break the news and decides to send Morgana to live with Nimue for a while. He then uses magic to make Arthur forget it ever happened because he is set to marry Guinevere.
  15. 13 years pass and Arthur has united most of Britian, the supernatural creatures that still exist are being peaceful, and he created the round table. Mordred shows up and becomes a squire. Mordred then becomes and knight after a few years and reveals that she is Arthur's daughter Mordred to Merlin who undoes the memory block on Arthur so that they can have a real emotionally touching father, daughter moment.
  16. A masked guy named Micheal shows up after saving a nearby town from a raid. Arthur rewards him with a place to stay and a job.
  17. Arthur has Micheal around a bit too much to the point that Merlin becomes suspicious. Finds out Micheal has predicted Nimues death and Arthur did nothing about it. Nimue is killed. Merlin inherits her ability to control and create blades from the earth. Also has an unquenchable desire to kill Micheal.
  18. Arthur is killed. Mordred blames Micheal and Merlin can't find Micheal. Both start an organization to find and kill Micheal. Merlin uses magic to keep Mordred immortal like him because he needs her to use the round table swords. Micheals maidservant goes on the run and starts a witches coven.
  19. Micheal appears to fuck with Merlin and Mordred for the next 1300 years at seemingly random intervals, including but not limited to, the first crusade, Hades, The Table cookout, and the birth of their child.
  20. Medea, Micheals handmaiden shows up from time to time as an Elder One to also attempt to kill Merlin.
  21. Begin volume 1.

Every 10,000 years, city sized colossi rise from their slumber. Every 10,000 years, the same six people put them back down. They shape the earth, and the next era. Continents crack when a colossus falls. An entire province 'fell' the last time a colossus landed on it. It has become a dark bog that never sees sunlight that is blotted out by "Upper Serevak." This is the setting! There's tons more lore, though.

My story is about a sad owner of a publishing house in London, which is now on the verge of bankruptcy.
But he is lucky and receives a secret order to write a book about various sexual traditions and rituals in different countries.
And now he is going on a journey to gather material for his literary work!

Author was teleported into his own novel world, after the plot was over. He had no knowledge of plot as everything ended. He now bore the consequences of what he wrote.
He never drew blood with a sword — only with a pen. When the author is thrust into the war-torn world he wrote, survival means more than fighting enemies; it means facing the shadows of karma, secrets buried deep, and a truth that could unravel everything. To return home, he must rewrite his own fate — before the story consumes him.
