Easy. Take a knife, stab the guy under his kneecap. Pry it off. He won't bleed to death or anything and its easier to make him watch than slicing the Achilles tendon. Then just keep stabbing him in the knee. Over and over and over. Don't ask anything. Don't do anything other than just repeatedly stabbing him where he used to have a kneecap.
