you will need:
1 quetiapine
salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened and divided
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
1/2 cup my blood, O+
1/2 cup demi-glace
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped

preheat oven to 375 fahrenheit. season me with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil in large skillet and set over medium-high heat until cloudy and bubbly.
place me in a pan and brown for 3 minutes without moving corpse. carefully turn me on my side and brown for 3 minutes more. repeat on all exposed surfaces of corpse.
transfer me to a rack placed in a roasting pan and put in oven. roast for 12-15 minutes for that medium-rare tenderness.
transfer to warm serving platter, tent with foil and leave to rest for 15 minutes.

while i am resting, combine 1 medium shallot with the juices in the skillet and saute over medium heat until shallot is soft and transparent.
pour 1/2 cup of my blood into the skillet and bring to a boil, scraping up any congealed blood on the bottom of the pan.
continue boiling until it reduces by half.
add 1/2 cup of demi-glace to the mix and continue until slightly thickened.
remove blood sauce from heat and stir in remaining tablespoon of soft butter and fresh tarragon, season with salt and pepper as required.

most importantly of all: enjoy.

We cannot recommend that you attempt to imbibe our bodily fluids. It would be hazardous.

Points against such an attempt include:

1. we not mortal
2. we not human
3. what we have for "blood" is likely toxic to earth life. if the chemistry doesn't get you, and the xenophages don't attack you, the construction nanites that lace it probably will

In any case, it's a moot point. We would have to find some way for the Tunnel Apparatus to transmit matter, and the physics as we understand it do not allow for that.

Blood, huh. Uhhh, I definitely have it, as a human I have very normal human blood, all full of plasma and stuff. It is highly inconvenient when I get a cut and it flies out of the wound, setting fire all over the place as plasma usually does, but don't we humans all have such problems, eh?

Eh, I taste like human. Probably...

You might not want to test that, I can't guarantee it's veracity, nor your safety.
