yo, wassup. so i have been thinking, the synopsis of my story "The Barriard" kinda sucks, idk if its good or not, I tried changing it, and editing it many times, and people tried to help me do it too, but idk why, I am not able to write a good synopsis that will hook the reader to read the story. Someone help me with this man.

Here it is

It has been a decade since the Great War shook the whole world and reduced human civilization to shambles. In order to not repeat history, an academy was developed to train knights, magicians, healers and alchemists, rewarding the successful with everything they desire and taking everything from those who fail.

This is the story of orphans as they make their way through the academy and overcome the challenges that lie ahead. Together they can do anything, but when tragedy strikes, will their bond suffer an uncertain fate? Two Souls, One Destiny: Where Light and Darkness Find Balance.
