I have currently stopped writing my novels, even though I am an amateur and my novels don't make much sense...but still though

Well currently I have stopped writing for a month or two as my exams are two-three weeks near but whenever I try to study, read, or writing I just start getting ideas about the novels(fanfic) I have placed on hiatus...

I am seriously worried about my exams because I can't focus on them...is there any way for me to study and not waste time...

Ps...these exams are super important...

for starters, stop coming to this site.
Ahahah...I used this site 4-5 days later...just my computer has this site open most of the time...

Today I was free to study, because of 6 hours of continuous study I took a break xD

Try to watch some shorts and reset your mind? If you're getting distracted I assume you spent some time studying and need a break.
I have yet to regret procrastinating my studies for any reason so I have never acted on this advice.

i...i...I want to trust you but...something is warning me not to? Maybe your status?
that just should give you more confidence in me. Look man, its scientifically proven that masturbation releases chemicals in your brain. Namely, endorphins and oxycontin. These chemicals put your body into a relaxed state, relieving pain, and more importantly for you, anxiety. If your body is in a more relaxed state physiologically, you'll be able to better concentrate and focus on whatever task is at hand.

Keep in mind, however, that you shouldn't masturbate more than once or twice a day. Going beyond that and you'll start to release adrenaline and that would only increase anxiety and in turn cause distracting thoughts or even fidgeting. This is because your body would be primed for action, not calmly sitting at a desk and studying

It helps me to remember that there are more important things than writing at that specific moment + if I am not the one to do them, nobody would do them for me.

But if it's worrying you that you might lose those good ideas or anything like that, you can note them somewhere. So you can review them when you finish with the exams.

Funny thing but that living legend you see here is right. That is ONE of many way to calm yourself. Personally I listen to study music(whatever shit I find on internet) while browsing through some old homework and redoing them in my head. Once it start rolling you're good to go.

If ideas keep coming to you, then get a notebook and write those ideas down for your stories. Since they're in the notebook and not in your head, you can focus more on your studying.

Do things in spurts. If you don't jot down your story stuff whenever you have the desire to it will eat at you until you do. Set out a time where you can study/write. Maybe a 2-4 hour period of time preferably. If not, make do with what you have. Write when you get those spurts. Then whenever you start to feel drained of writing it you come to a stopping point you can go back to studying and it won't bother you. Take a 5-10 minute break between these and go for a walk outside if possible or stretch. This will increase your productivity and brain functions while getting your blood pumping with periodic exercise. This isn't for everyone but I've found that it works extremely well for myself and others I know.

When you sit down to study, don't think about your grades. If you spend time calculating what grade you need to get on your exams to get a B or whatever, you've wasted time. You need to get to a place where it's just you and the material you are studying. You need to LOVE what you are studying:

You actual study method will depend a lot on your learning style, and you may even find that multiple methods are helpful. If you learn best by reading, get a cup of tea and some snacks in a cozy corner of your home or pack your bag with a thermos and snacks and take your books somewhere else.

Don't forget to exercise to increase blood flow to your brain! Taking a walk is a great break. If you learn best by listening, you may be able to find a way to listen to your textbook while walking. You can even knock out simple chores while listening to your textbook. If you can't find a way to listen to your textbook, you may be able to find Youtube videos related to the subject.
