So I Finally Found The Grave Of The Guy Who Beat Me Into A Coma

Turns out the guy who beat me into a coma died 14 years ago. Who Knew? Finally found out where he was buried. You know what? I still have the baseball bat he used to beat me into a coma. He left it in the underbrush. I found it a week later. Didn't do any good, his family had too many connections, but I still have the bat. I was thinking of writing a note to Bryan, putting it in waterproof plastic, rubber banding the letter around the bat, and leaving it on his grave on Memorial Day. That's in two weeks. My plan is to put it on his tombstone, take a picture, and make it into my phone's wallpaper.

Because every time I'm feeling down, I can just look at my phone, and I'm sure I'll start smiling again.

But before I do this, I just wanted to ask everyone a very important question.

No. I mean, Is there something I'm missing? Like, I don't see how this could come back to bite me in the ass, but you know, I might not be thinking clearly here. The guy did drop dead at the age of 39 while jogging. I didn't kill him, but, hey, don't want people thinking I did it.

As a negative-positive person, that think the possible worse to feel happy it didnt happen, its my time to shine

1) Like you said, people misunderstanding you did it

2) Your gf/bf/lover/husband/wife/whatever, one day see the pic of you doing V with the bat in front of his grave.
Very hard to "explain". And even if did explain, unless your lover is like a +ULTRA HIGH QUALITY normal brain like the ones from prev gen not brainrotted by internet, it risk causing a FALL in term of "emotions" for you. Or unless she is really trust and side with you and also feel like he deserve it. But again, cross finger she isnt a brainrot, bc tiktok have a trend of "bear vs men", showing that even "mid aged" women seem to be brainrot like gen-z.
And mission impossible to "not allow her access to phone" or it looks like hidding a secret/cheating for her, which is even worse.
So more likely to roll dice if your lover will be happy or not seeing the pic

3) If found out, the family of the "bat guy" retaliating against you.
Bc think about it : like you said, dude got TON OF RELATIONS. Also unless a scourge to his own family and hated, pretty sure any parents would dislike THEIR SON'S DEATH being spurned on.
So if they discover you did, WELP, they could ton of stuff to you. Just as the guy was alive himself.
Go watch some "police cam arrests", you can see what kind of CRAZY STUFF people can do, EVEN IF POLICE INTERVEN. Then think what can they do if no police........

4) Your job
If found out, imagine someone telling the rumor you got the pic of your "bully grave". Sure men would side with you, but what about the women or the "leaders". Because if you check some news/videos.....You got some clerks that are CHADs praised by public/comments because they awesome people that didnt accept the nonsense of "trash clients/karens/tiktokers/etc", but days later, they were still fired, despite showing a good image of the company.
Or heck, a school fired a cool man teacher, bc "he had a youtube/twitch channel" (said channel had nothing to frown about, and just gaming)

Bunch of bad possibilities-endings, BUT ONLY IF FOUND OUT. Emotionally i agree your act but technically no. At worse use "hidden" the photo on computer compared to phone, could suffice. Everything on your luck and the people near you. And worse scenario being the evil-lvl of the "guy's family".
But again, plz remember Murphy's law : "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong" (cameo in Youjo Senki)

Depending on what the grave marker and location is I’d either smash it, piss on it, steal it,or spray paint and deface it. Where I live there is no cameras or foot traffic around cemeteries at night so it’d be an easy task.

Nah. You see, it wasn't just him. It was him and his gang. But the thing is, I don't really care about the others. You know why? 1989 Brian graduated. In 1990, I went back to HS in 12th grade, only 3 bullies in his group were left in school. First time they messed with me, I took them on 3 on one and basically sent all them off for medical treatment. They stopped fucking with me for the rest of the year. It wasn't until the summer when Brian came back that I got jumped.

Everything started with him, everything continued with him, everything ends with him. I mean, it's been over for a while now, but by sheer chance I finally found out where he is buried. I was always gonna return that baseball bat, it's just I was going to use it to bash his skull in. Bastard died before I had a chance.


Another possibility is someone else he beat the crap out of came after him. Clark basically went insane from Brian's bullying, got committed to a hospital, and eventually killed himself. I mean, when you are that much of an asshole, someone is bound to want you dead. But yeah, it occurred to me might be organized crime.


Well, I have no intention of lying.
Which is also why I only have a grudge against him. You see, I know he had other collaborators, but you know, getting beaten into a coma, messes with your memory. I am not certain who else was involved or specifically what they did. If I don't know 100% what someone has done, I have no intention of making any accusations.

Bryan? Oh. I got a decade of BS from that guy.

That's from the tombstone. What Do I need to add? This is true. When he died, he made the world a better place. This is what makes me think he was abusing his family. DEAR GOD, who would put this on a loved one's tombstone unless you secretly hated the guy? I mean, yeah, it SOUNDS nice, but the more you read it, the more you start to think... wait a minute... Are they talking about BEFORE they died, or AFTER they died?

I would have said, "Every day he left the world a far better place than he found it." That means you actively improved it. Not, "I made a few people happy at some point, which might be when they collect my life insurance."

From what you shared on the forum, I know this still bothers you, so you should consider if a small satisfaction is worth the price of the consequences if you were to be discovered. I think, in the end, you are alive, and he is dead, probably like the jerk he was.
You've already won.
You will have a fulfilling life, while he has ended already his, probably ruining it for his family as well.

From what you shared on the forum, I know this still bothers you, so you should consider if a small satisfaction is worth the price of the consequences if you were to be discovered. I think, in the end, you are alive, and he is dead, probably like the jerk he was.

= The plot tactic of "self explode it first". All old novels had this toxic thing of "misunderstandings/hiding truth" when they could warn in advance or say the truth x not hiding it.
Well same thing for life.
Though the problem would then transform into : what if someone leak the news of your photo by traitor or moronic move or mistake or someone telling the friend of a friend of a friend until info arrive to "dude family or a person related to them or even a colleague of them"

Now i think about it, i would feel stressed to fear the "dude family with ton of connections" risk one day to know this secret of mocking the dude death/grave.
UNLESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS being in another country. (whole family)
