Every night, I procrastinate before going to sleep because I am terrified that an eldritch entity going by the name of 'sandman' kills me in my sleep, installs firmware updates, and reboot me after obfuscating the memories of the harrowing experience of death with sweet nightmares, replacing me with a slightly altered version of myself.

Wake up, why would the creature supposed to bring you sleep is named after the raw material for micro chips etched on silicon wafers? If you were a digital lifeform, why would be overwritten by an update be different from being outright deleted? We're being played!

That said, do you guys procrastinate before sleeping? Why?

For the people who have school or jobs and still procrastinate sleeping, let's give you some F in the chat

Yep, I procrastinate before I sleep, unless I'm extremely exhausted. Reason is, I love reading before snoozing, and if I'm lucky, I get to binge read a book until morning

It's because you think before sleeping. Don't try to think. Put a video so boring, for example a video about what's inside that Liverpool radio tower you don't know a thing and don't think about anything.

Or at least, practice mindfulness.
