The reason why SH doesn't allow naughty pictures is due to the website relying on google ads. Google ads doesn't like naughty pictures. So your best bet is to use websites that do not use google ads.

AO3 is like /b/ in its current state. Most of the current traffic are curious tourists looking to have a gander at its supposed reputation without the filter of a YouTube video or a Twitter overexageration. The ones that stay are either doing it out of sentimentality, have nowhere else to be, or are just occasionally visiting to check how their former favourite place used to be.
