Tried together with other vegetables and with pork belly.
What a fantastic ingredient! It's a sponge that absorbs flavors divinely. Its texture is satisfying, filling with a slight spiciness.
It pairs perfectly with meat.

Post the recipe, maybe I can try it on myself

Jelly I live in an old building and in a spot where entire summer the sun is blasting directly at my windows (all of them are on the same side too)... And I can't even have an AC because the wiring is ancient and wouldn't be able to handle it It's a nightmare
