The only weakness would be the instability of such a being. The power of Heroine with the intelligence of Seymour... No Mary Sue could compete.

Though I think she'd probably commit self-deletion upon existing, because the Declaration can override even the 'True=False' power of the Heroine because of Tony's fiat.
