First I don't know her ideology.
Second I would be the protagonist because neither I or Azure classify as hero.
Third that would be a reason why I like her.
I guess that she has a ruler of everything based ideology (,I can't stop making that reference).
Everything that exist is determined by time because it's the process of causality, thus she determines everything that is, the ruler of everything, she that measures what happens.
