Black tea with mint. And eggplant stuffed with minced meat, champignons and sprinkled with parmesan. Well, not stuffed exactly, I just don't know the right word...
You cut an eggplant in half horisontaly, slise the soft parts a bit and cover it with "stuffing that's not actually stuffing" and put that bad boy in the oven till its done.
