While I don't smell like fear, I more of the person who believes I can be outsmarted by anyone here but can trust that anyone can't outsmart a bullet to their heads(?)

Technically I'm only a giant floating eye because you perceived me as such.
I have taken a more defined form now, just see my character pictures and see me as the new form.
Now why do I cry? Because it's fun and because I never close my eye(s).
How could I close my eye(s) if there are so many things to watch and perceive?
