It reminds me of that one joke that is very famous here for how dumb it is:

Andrew had a fat and old dachshund. One day this dachshund comes to him and says:

"Listen Andrew, take me to the greyhound races."

Surprised Andrew looks at the dachshund....

"Well, man, put me in the race, I'll win."

Guy thinks, shit I'm crazy dachshund talking to me....

"Trust me, I'm telling you, I'll win for sure. Believe in me."

Finally, after some thinking, he came to the conclusion that since the dachshund is talking to him it must be special, so he put all his savings and his house on it in the mortgage.

The day of the race came.

The greyhounds rushed forward, leaving the mongrel dachshund behind.

When the greyhounds reached the finish line, the dachshund, after crawling a couple of meters, flattened out gasping on the ground.

The guy pissed to the max runs up to his dachshund.

"Dachshund, WHAT THE FUKING HELL HAPPENED????"

"I don't know Andrew.... I really don't know...."

I doubt it~ Sure, Jingliu, Dan Heng IL, and Acheron are top tier DPS, but others work great still. Dr. Ratio is great, so is Jing Yuan. (and also Jing Yuan got buffed like every patch…) You can generally do anything with enough investment (except like Arlan)
